3 ounces good quality smoked salmon, gently cut into pieces
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
1/2 package of cream cheese cut into cubes
2 teaspoons dried dill

Notes and Variations depending on age:
- This is a great way to introduce smoked salmon to a hesitant toddler since it’s combined with savory eggs and sweet cream cheese.
- When cut into pieces, it was a great finger food for Grace.
- Smoked trout would be delicious as well!
